Nepal Life Insurance Proposes 21.05 Percent Dividend

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has proposed the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The Board Meeting of the insurance held on Poush 26, 2081 BS has declared a 21.05 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend includes a 10 percent bonus share and an 11.05 percent cash dividend.
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Nepal Life Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 8.2 Arba. At this capital, the dividend amounts to Rs. 1.72 Arba.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming annual general meeting of the insurance.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, NLIC had provided a 21.05 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
