Machhapuchchhre Bank Announces 6 Percent Dividend from FY 2082/83

Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited (MBL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2082/83.
The bank has proposed a 6 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 3 percent bonus share and a 3 percent cash dividend.
The bank will now send the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2081/82, MBL had provided an 8 percent dividend to the shareholders, including 4 percent bonus shares.
