NIC Asia Bank Conducting 26th AGM Today | To Endorse 29 Percent Bonus Share

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) will convene its 26th Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 28, 2080 BS. The meeting will take place at the Army Officers’ Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Presentation, Discussion and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approval of 30.5263 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Increment of capital.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the AGM, NIC Asia Bank decided the book closure date from Ashwin 16 to Ashwin 28, 2080 BS. Hence, the shareholders purchasing or holding shares of NICA until Ashwin 15 can participate in the AGM and will receive the dividend.
