“NIC Asia Debenture 2083/84” extended until Bhadra 3

NIC Asia Bank has extended the issue date of NIC Asia Debenture 2083/84 until Bhadra 3, 2076. Due to the under-subscription, the bank has extended the issue date.

NIC Asia Bank opened its “NIC Asia Debenture 2083/84” issue from Shrawan 6,2076. If fully subscribed, the issue would close at Shrawan 9, 2076. In the case of under-subscription, the issue date would extend to Bhadra 3, 2076.

The company is going to issue Rs. 4.40 billion worth of debenture. Out of the total, 26.40 lakh units of the debenture will be issued through the private placement. The general public can apply for the remaining 17.60 lakh units.

The interest rate on NIC Asia Debenture 2083/84 is 10.25 percent per annum. The debenture has a maturity period of 7 years.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units. The par value of each unit of debenture is Rs. 1000.

The debenture issue received CARE-NP A ratings from the Care Ratings Nepal. This indicated a low-risk regarding timely servicing of financial obligation in Nepal & low credit risk.
