NIC Asia Growth Fund (NICGF) Posts Profit Of Rs 30 Crores

NIC Asia Growth Fund (NICGF) has reported a Net Asset Value (NAV) of Rs 13.95 until the end of Baisakh, 2079 BS. As per the monthly report, the scheme has disclosed a drop in NAV as compared to the end of the previous month. As of Chaitra’s end 2078 BS, the NAV stood at Rs 14.14.

NICGF has a total investment of Rs 74.90 crores in the stocks of listed companies. Such investment stood at Rs 78.28 crores in the previous month. Likewise, the scheme has invested Rs 6.37 crores in debenture/bonds and Rs 12.35 crores in fixed deposits. As of the end of Chaitra, NICGF has a bank balance of Rs 19.46 crores.

In the ten months of the current fiscal year 2078/79, NICGF has posted a profit of Rs 30.04 crores. In the previous fiscal year 2077/78, the scheme had distributed a 30 percent cash dividend to its unit-holders.


NIC Asia Growth Fund (NICGF) is a close ended-mutual fund scheme operated by the fund manager NIC Asia Capital Limited under NIC Asia Bank Mutual Fund. The fund has a size of Rs 83.52 crores. It has a maturity period of 7 years. The fund will retire on Falgun 27, 2081 BS.
