NIC Asia Laghubitta Not to Provide Any Dividend from FY 2080/81

NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders from the last fiscal year.
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, NIC Asia Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 173.94 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, the microfinance company had distributed a 15 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
