Last Day to Bid for 54,631 Shares of Prudential Insurance

Prudential Insurance is auctioning the 54,631 unsold right shares from Shrawan 12, 2077. The auction will remain open until today i.e. Shrawan 19, 2077.

The insurance had issued 1:0.6 right share to its shareholders from Ashad 7 to Ashad 19, 2077. Prudential insurance planned to sell 38,49,120 units right share worth Rs. 38.49 crores.
However, out of the total, 54,631 remained unsold during that period. The company is selling these shares in the auction.

Investors can bid for a minimum of 100 shares at Rs 100 or above. Also, he/she can bid for the full auction shares i.e. 54,631. Highest bidder will receive the shares.
