Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance to Provide 5 Percent Dividend

Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (SALICO) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The company has proposed a 5 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash.
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.62 Arba. At this capital, the dividend amounts to Rs. 13.11 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the insurance.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, Sagarmatha Insurance (before merger with Lumbini General Insurance) had distributed a 13.0526 percent dividend including a 12.40 percent bonus share and a 0.6526 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
