Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance to Provide 15 Percent Dividend

Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (SALICO) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The company has proposed a 15 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.62 Arba. At this capital, the dividend amounts to Rs. 39.33 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the insurance.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81 as well, Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance had distributed a 15 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
