Sahas Urja Limited (SAHAS) will convene its combined Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the fiscal year 2077/78, 2078/79, 2079/80 and 2080/81 on Karthik 7, 2081 BS. The annual meeting will take place at Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu after 11 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and approval of financial reports for the fiscal year 2077/78, 2078/79, 2079/80 and 2080/81.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2081/83.
Approval for 1:1 right issue.
Endorsement for 8.42 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Increment of capital.
Election of directors.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, Sahas Urja Limited will close its shareholders’ registration book on Ashwin 13, 2081 BS. Thus, the investors holding/purchasing shares of SAHAS until Ashwin 10 are eligible to participate in the Annual Meeting and receive the dividend.
