Shrijana Finance Announces 14.27 Percent Dividend

Shrijana Finance Limited (SFFIL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2076/77.
The finance has proposed a 14.27 percent dividend. This includes a 13.59 percent bonus share and a 0.68 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad end 2077 BS, Shrijana Finance has a a paid-up capital of Rs 84.78 crores. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs 11.52 crores while the cash dividend is worth Rs 57.59 lakhs. Hence, the company is planning to distribute Rs 12.10 crores as dividend from fiscal year 2076/77.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the finance.
