Swarojgar Laghubitta Announces 15 Percent Dividend

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) has announced a dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the microfinance held on Poush 4, 2082 BS has proposed a 15 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 14.25 percent bonus share and a 0.75 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
At the end of Ashad 2082 BS, Swarojgar Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 78.39 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs. 11.17 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 58.79 lakhs.
Swarojgar Laghubitta will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, the company had provided a 14.62507 percent dividend, including a 13.89382 percent bonus share and a 0.73125 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes). In the fiscal year 2079/80, SLBBL had distributed a 7.3684 percent dividend, including a 7 percent bonus share and a 0.3684 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes). Likewise, from the fiscal year 2078/79, the microfinance had provided 23.1579 percent dividend, including a 22 percent bonus share and an 1.1579 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
Similarly, from the FY 2077/78, SLBBL had distributed a 25 percent bonus shares to the shareholders. From the fiscal year 2076/77, the company had provided 13.9715 percent dividend including a 13.237 percent bonus share. In the FY 2075/76, Swarojgar Laghubitta distributed a 26.7520 percent bonus share and 1.4080 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
