Swarojgar Laghubitta Announces 23.15 Percent Dividend

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) has announced a dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The board meeting of the microfinance held on Poush 27, 2079 BS has proposed a 23.1579 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 22 percent bonus share and an 1.1579 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
At the end of Ashad 2078 BS, Swarojgar Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 51.40 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs. 11.31 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 59.52 lakhs.
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, SLBBL had distributed a 25 percent bonus shares to the shareholders. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2076/77, the company had provided 13.9715 percent dividend including a 13.237 percent bonus share. Similarly, in FY 2075/76, Swarojgar Laghubitta distributed a 26.7520 percent bonus share and 1.4080 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
Swarojgar Laghubitta will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM.
