Synergy Power Development To Conduct AGM On Poush 22 | To Endorse 5 Percent Dividend

Synergy Power Development Limited (SPDL) is going to convene its 12th, 13th, and 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 6, 2020 [Poush 22, 2077 BS]. The meeting will take place after 11 AM at the company’s head office, Naxal, Kathmandu.
The company has proposed a 5 percent dividend to the shareholders. This includes a 4.75 percent bonus share and 0.25 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
As of Ashad end 2077, Synergy Power Development has a paid-up capital of Rs 70 crores. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs 3.33 crores. Likewise, the cash dividend is worth Rs 17.50 lakhs (for tax purposes).
For the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution, the company has declared the book closure date from Poush 12 to Poush 22, 2077 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of SPDL until Poush 11 can participate in the Annual Meeting.
