Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) is going to organize its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 30, 2081 BS [July 14, 2024]. The annual meeting will take place at Dhulikhel Lodge Resort, Kavre after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM
Presentation, Discussion, and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Election of directors.
Appointment of independent director.
Issue of Follow-on Public Offering (FPO).
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of AGM, Vijay Laghubitta has decided to close the shareholders’ registration book from Ashad 17 to Ashad 30, 2081 BS. Therefore, investors holding/purchasing the shares until Ashad 16 are eligible to participate in the AGM.
