Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) is going to organize its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 30, 2080 BS [March 13, 2024]. The Annual Meeting will take place at the Central Training Academy, ADBL, Bode, Bhaktapur. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2079/80.
No dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Book Closure Date:
For the AGM purpose, Agricultural Development Bank has fixed the book closure date from Falgun 17 to Falgun 30, 2080 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding shares of ADBL until Falgun 16 can participate in the annual meeting.
