Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) is going to organize its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 29, 2077 BS [January 13, 2022]. The Annual Meeting will take place at the Central Training Academy, ADBL, Bode, Bhaktapur. The AGM will start after 11 AM.

Major Agendas:

Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2077/78.

Endorsement of a 21.0526 percent dividend to the shareholders.

Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.

Increment of the authorized, issued, and paid-up capital of the bank.

Book Closure Date:

For the distribution of dividends and AGM purposes, Agricultural Development Bank has fixed the book closure date from Poush 16 to Poush 29, 2078 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding shares of ADBL until Poush 15 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
