Bank of Kathmandu (BOK) To Conduct 26th AGM on Mangsir 15

Bank of Kathmandu Limited(BOK) is going to organize its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 15, 2077. The board meeting of the bank held on Karthik 20, 2077 has decided to convene the meeting at the head office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. The annual meeting will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing.
The chairman will present and discuss the report of the fiscal year 2076/77. Likewise, the meeting will endorse the 16 percent dividend including a 13 percent bonus share and 3 percent cash dividend.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders’ registration will remain closed from Karthik 28 to Mangsir 15, 2077. Thus, the investors purchasing the shares of BOK until Karthik 27 can receive the dividend and participate in the annual meeting.
