Bhagawati Hydropower to Convene 24th AGM on Ashwin 16 | To Endorse Dividend

Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Limited (BGWT) will organize its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 16, 2081 BS. The board meeting of the company held on Bhadra 22, 2081 BS has decided to convene the meeting at Arpan Banquet, Thapagaun, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Endorsement of 14.7368 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, BGWT has announced the book closure date on Ashwin 2, 2081 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares before that date can participate in the Annual Meeting and will receive the dividend.
