Citizens Mutual Fund-1 (CMF1) Proposes 40 Percent Dividend

Citizens Mutual Fund-1 (CMF1) has announced dividend to its unit-holders. The dividend announcement is from  the fiscal year 2077/78.

CMF1 has proposed a 40 percent cash dividend worth Rs 32.80 crores. The board meeting of CBIL Capital Limited held on Bhadra 1, 2078 BS made the announcement about the dividend.

In the previous fiscal year 2076/77, the mutual fund scheme had distributed a 15 percent cash dividend worth Rs 12.30 crores.

Citizens Mutual Fund-1 is a close-ended scheme with the fund size of Rs 82 crores. The fund has a maturity period of 7 years. It will mature on Falgun 19, 2081. CBIL Capital Limited is the fund manager of the scheme. Likewise, Citizens Bank International is the promoter for the fund.
