Last Day To Secure 8 Percent Dividend Of Citizens Mutual Fund-2 | Book Closure On Bhadra 19

Citizens Mutual Fund-2 (CMF2) has announced dividend to its unit-holders. The dividend announcement is from  the fiscal year 2079/80

CMF2 has proposed an 8 percent cash dividend worth Rs 4.48 crores. The board meeting of Citizens Capital Limited held on Bhadra 7, 2080 BS made the announcement about the dividend.

For the purpose of dividend distribution, the company has fixed the book closure date on Bhadra 19, 2080 BS. Therefore, investors holding/purchasing units of the scheme until Bhadra 18, 2080 BS will receive the 8 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.

In the previous fiscal year 2078/79, the scheme didn’t dividend any dividend to the shareholders. However, in the fiscal year 2077/78, CMF2 had provided a 40 percent cash dividend worth Rs 22.40 crores. Similarly, in the fiscal year 2076/77, the mutual fund scheme had distributed a 10 percent cash dividend worth Rs 5.60 crores.

Citizens Mutual Fund-2 is a close-ended scheme with the fund size of Rs 56 crores. The fund has a maturity period of 7 years. It will mature on Ashad 21, 2083. Citizens Capital Limited is the fund manager of the scheme. Likewise, Citizens Bank International is the promoter for the fund.
