Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DDBL) will conduct its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 30, 2079 BS. The board of directors’ meeting held on Falgun 8 decided to convene the AGM at Hotel Seven Star P. Ltd, Sauraha, Chitwan. The time for the AGM is scheduled after 11 AM.

Discussion and Approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79 presented by the chairman.
Approval of 21.05 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of acquisition of Adarsha Laghubitta at share swap ratio of 1:1.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the AGM, Deprosc Laghubitta has decided to close the shareholders’ registration book on Falgun 19, 2079 BS. Thus, the investors purchasing shares until Falgun 18, 2079 BS are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
