Deprosc Laghubitta Conducting 22nd AGM Today | To Endorse 10.53 Percent Dividend

Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DDBL) will conduct its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 25, 2080 BS. The board of directors’ meeting held on Chaitra 1 decided to convene the AGM at Park Safari Resort, Sauraha, Chitwan. The time for the AGM is scheduled after 10 AM.
Major Agendas:
Discussion and Approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2079/80 presented by the chairman.
Approval of 10.53 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Delegation of authority to Board of directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the AGM, Deprosc Laghubitta has decided to close the shareholders’ registration book on Chaitra 15, 2080 BS. Thus, the investors purchasing shares until Chaitra 14, 2080 BS are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
