Laxmi Equity Fund (LEMF) Reports Fall In NAV In Jestha

Laxmi Equity Fund (LEMF) has reported a Net Asset Value (NAV) of Rs 10.46 until the end of Jestha, 2079 BS. As per the monthly report, the scheme has disclosed a fall in NAV as compared to the end of the previous month. As of Baisakh’s end 2079 BS, the NAV stood at Rs 11.50.

LEMF has a total investment of Rs 80.15 crores in stocks of 89 listed companies. Such investment stood at Rs 94.40 crores in the previous month. Likewise, the scheme has invested Rs 5.41 crores in debenture/bonds and Rs 17.50 crores in the fixed deposits. At the end of Jestha, LEMF has a bank balance of Rs 26.74 crores.

In the eleven months of the current fiscal year 2078/79, LEMF has posted a gross income of Rs 0.66 crores. In the previous fiscal year 2077/78, the scheme had distributed a 35 percent cash dividend to its unit-holders.
