Laxmi Equity Fund (LEMF) Reports NAV Of Rs. 9.29

Laxmi Equity Fund (LEMF) has reported a Net Asset Value (NAV) of Rs 9.29 until the end of Ashwin, 2080 BS. As per the monthly report, the scheme has disclosed a decrease in NAV as compared to the end of the previous month. As of Bhadra’s end, 2080 BS, the NAV stood at Rs 9.61.

LEMF has a total investment value of Rs 82.04 crores in stocks of 90 listed companies. Such investment stood at Rs 85.88 crores in the previous month. Likewise, the scheme has invested Rs 5.41 crores in debenture/bonds and Rs 10.50 crores in the fixed deposits. At the end of Ashwin, LEMF has a bank balance of Rs 17.74 crores.

In the first three months of the current fiscal year 2080/81, LEMF has posted a gross loss of Rs 26.19 crores. From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, the scheme had distributed an 8 percent cash dividend to its unit-holders.
