NIC Asia Bank Not to Provide Dividend from Last Fiscal Year

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the bank has decided to retain all the profit from the last fiscal year and skip the dividend.
The bank has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, the bank had provided a 30.5263 percent dividend to the shareholders, including a 29 percent bonus shares. .
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, NIC Asia Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 14.91 Arba.
