River Falls Power to Conduct 7th & 8th AGM on Baisakh 20 | To Issue 1:1 Right Share

River Falls Power Limited (RFPL) will organize its 7th and 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 20, 2081 BS [May 2, 2024]. The board meeting of the company held on Chaitra 28, 2080 BS has decided to convene the meeting at Lisara Reception, Naxal, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Election of directors.
Approval for issue of 1:1 right share.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, River Falls Power has announced the book closure date on Baisakh 10, 2081 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares before that date can participate in the Annual Meeting.
