United Finance Limited (UFL) will conduct its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 29, 2077 BS. The meeting will take place at the company’s head office I.J. Plaza, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu. The time for the AGM is scheduled at 11:30 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Presentation and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2076/77.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, the company has announced the book closure date from Poush 14 to Poush 29, 2077 BS. Therefore, shareholders maintained until Poush 13 are eligible to participated in the annual meeting.
