United Finance To Skip Dividend Distribution From FY 2076/77

United Finance Limited (UFL) has made the announcement about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2076/77.

The board meeting of UFL held on Mangsir 24, 2077 has decided not to provide the dividend to the shareholders from the accumulated profit until the fiscal year 2076/77.

From the previous fiscal year 2075/76, UFL had distributed a 10.526 percent dividend including a 3 percent bonus share and 7.526 percent cash dividend (including tax).
