Machhapuchchhre Bank Announces 8 Percent Dividend from FY 2081/82

Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited (MBL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The bank has proposed an 8 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 4 percent bonus share and a 4 percent cash dividend.
The bank will now send the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, the bank didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders. However, from the fiscal year 2079/80, MBL had provided a 14 percent dividend to the shareholders, including a 13.30 percent bonus shares.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Machhapuchchhre Bank has the paid-up capital of Rs. 11.62 Arba.
