Prabhu Bank to Organize its 22nd AGM on Baisakh 20

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) is planning to organize its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 20, 2081 BS [May 2, 2024]. The meeting is going to take place at the bank’s Head Office, Babarmahal, Kathmandu after 10 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2079/80.
No dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of directors.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the meeting, the shareholders’ registration will remain closed on Baisakh 4, 2081 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing the shares of PRVU until Baisakh 3 can participate in the annual meeting.
