Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) is planning to organize its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 18, 2078 BS [January 2, 2022]. The meeting is going to take place at the bank’s Head Office, Babarmahal, Kathmandu after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Endorsement of 12.63 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Delegation of authority to BOD for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the meeting, the shareholders’ registration will remain closed on Poush 4, 2078 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing the shares of PRVU until Poush 2 will receive the dividend and participate in the annual meeting.
