United Idi Mardi & RB Hydropower Limited (UMRH) will organize its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 17, 2080 BS. The board meeting of the company held on Magh 21 has decided to convene the meeting at Avya Club, Pokhara, Kaski. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Endorsement of 5.789 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, United Idi Mardi & RB Hydropower has announced the book closure date on Falgun 4, 2080 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares before that date are eligible to receive the dividend and can participate in the Annual Meeting.
