Salt Trading Corporation (STC) is going to conduct its 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 23, 2080 BS.
The major agendas for the meeting include:
Presentation, Discussion, And Approval of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Approval of 15.79 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, the shareholders’ registration book remain closed from Chaitra 9 to Chaitra 23, 2080 BS. Thus, the shareholders holding/purchasing shares of STC until Chaitra 8 will receive the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
